Our Story

Four locations, one familiar table.

What started as a love for Japanese comfort food has grown into four Tenkuu locations across Alberta — Edmonton, Leduc, Sherwood Park, and Stony Plain. Each one carries the same feeling: fresh sushi, comforting kitchen favourites, warm service, and a table people want to come back to.

Chef Ryan's cooking keeps that feeling at the centre — familiar Japanese flavours, thoughtful details, and dishes made for sharing.

Chef Ryan has also shared Tenkuu's story and cooking on Global Edmonton, a local moment that reflects how connected the restaurant is to the communities it serves.
